Laurel View Village is a community for those at least 55 years old, offering residential living options such as Vista, Cambridge, or Townhomes. Laurel View Village is an entrance fee community for the residential living areas. 

If you are interested in short-term rehab or long-term residency in a residential area or care area, the first step is to complete an application. Please note that different applications are required for residential living versus care areas such as Personal Care, Health Care, and Memory Care. You can find the necessary applications attached below.
