Michelle N. Rassler
Chief Executive Officer
Michelle has over 16 years of experience in administration of nonprofit continuing care facilities. She started with Laurel View Village on October 26, 2015. Michelle came to us from eastern Pennsylvania, and we give her our best wishes as she works with our Board of Trustees, residents and staff to guide our community into the future.
Chief Financial Officer
Tim has nearly 12 years of experience at Laurel View Village. He came to us in 2004 from the Catanese Group, a prominent Johnstown accounting firm. Tim oversees all financial activities at Laurel View Village. This includes payables, receivables and HR/payroll. He also provides technical assistance with computers and IT functions in offices across our campus.
Director of Health Services
Debra joined Laurel View Village in 2005. She has 41 years experience in hospital and nursing care management. Debra graduated from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and was Valedictorian of her nursing class. Debra provides clinical management for residents in our Personal Care and Health Care Centers. She also oversees healthcare services for residents who reside in our independent living areas with the goal of promoting health and wellness campus-wide.
Director of Resident Services & Personal Care Administrator
Christina supervises day to day operations in our Personal Care Center, and is responsible for resident activities and amenities including beauty/barber services, chaplaincy, medical transportation, fitness/wellness programs, volunteer and event coordination. Christina holds degrees in Specialized Technology and in Occupational Therapy. She is certified and Licensed in Occupational Therapy, and has a PA Personal Care Administrators license.
Director of Environmental Services
Dave has 32 years of professional experience in maintenance and construction. He joined Laurel View Village in 1996 and today oversees all of our supervisors in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Groundskeeping and Laundry. He manages subcontractors and all construction activities at the Village.
Director of Human Resources
Amber joined Laurel View Village in March 2016. She has six years of experience in Human Resources in both private and public industry. She has a Bachelor’s of Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Geneva College, where she graduated Cum Laude. Amber is a resident of Davidsville. She is responsible for all HR/personnel functions and overseeing employee wellness at Laurel View Village.
