Dear Residents and Families,

This weekend we identified six employees who are positive with COVID-19. Today through continued outbreak testing we identified one positive Health Care resident. Health Care has opened a red zone to appropriately isolate the positive resident. All other Personal Care and Health Care residents have tested negative.

Visitation is open to all residents. Please be aware of the risk of acquiring an infection when visiting a resident who has been exposed or is positive for COVID-19. We are requiring all visitors to Health Care and Personal Care to social distance from other residents and staff and to wear N95’s. The N95’s are available at the entrance to the care areas. Face shields are also available for additional protection.

Please help us to keep our residents safe by wearing the provided PPE and not visiting when you are sick or have been exposed.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience in these matters.
