COVID19 Update as of 1.3.2022

(Last Updated On: January 3, 2022)

January 3, 2022

Dear Residents, Families and Employees,

Over the past few days, we have identified six positive staff members across campus and one positive resident in Personal Care. Due to these positive cases, residents are asked to wear mask in the care areas and encouraged to wear masks in common areas of Independent Living.

Visitors across campus are still permitted – masks and social distancing are required by all visitors. We are asking residents to stay in their designated areas as much as possible but cannot limit visits to care areas.

In addition, due to these positive cases and the high transmission in the Somerset County area, we reserve the right to ask a resident to quarantine if put in a high-risk situation, so off campus outings for Personal Care and Health Care residents are being discouraged unless necessary.

All Personal Care and Health Care residents are being tested today. We continue to test staff and volunteers per our outbreak guidance; therefore, all vaccinated test once per week and unvaccinated test twice per week. Please continue to be vigilant in mask wearing, hand hygiene and social distancing to keep our campus safe.
