January 18, 2022 Dear Residents and Families, We continue to monitor staff and residents for COVID-19. On January 17, we tested all Health Care and Personal Care residents. All Health Care residents were negative, while we identified 2 positive Personal Care residents. On January 19, we again tested all Personal Care residents and have identified 2 positive Reflections residents.  Personal Care residents will be tested January 24 and 31, as a part of outbreak precautions. Due to a possible exposure in the Arbor, we will be testing all Arbor residents on Friday, January 21. January 10, 2022 Dear Residents and Families, This weekend we identified six employees who are positive with COVID-19. Today through continued outbreak testing we identified one positive Health Care resident. Health Care has opened a red zone to appropriately isolate the positive resident. All other Personal Care and Health Care residents have tested negative. Visitation is open to all residents. Please be aware of the risk of acquiring an infection when visiting a resident who has been exposed or is positive for COVID-19. January 3, 2022 Dear Residents, Families and Employees, Over the past few days, we have identified six positive staff members across campus and one positive resident in Personal Care. Due to these positive cases, residents are asked to wear mask in the care areas and encouraged to wear masks in common areas of Independent Living. Visitors across campus are still permitted – masks and social distancing are required by all visitors. November 15, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, We have received new guidance on allowing visitation during outbreaks. We are now required to open for visitations at all times. We are required to enforce some precautions during visitation but can not limit the visits. November 11, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, We continue to follow outbreak precautions for our Personal Care center. Staff and residents have been tested again this week based on guidance. We have identified no new cases. Based on guidance from the Department of Health, we must show no new cases for two consecutive weeks before reopening for indoor in-person visitation. Resident testing will be held on Monday and staff testing on Tuesday next week, which will hopefully demonstrate that we can end outbreak precautions. Your patience in this matter is invaluable. November 3, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, We continue to follow outbreak precautions for our Personal Care center. Staff and residents have been tested based on guidance. This week we have identified 3 more positive residents in the Personal Care center. This brings the total for the current outbreak, to five residents with active infections and one who has recovered. No new employees have been identified as positive this week. For this outbreak only one employee has been identified as positive and is now recovered. COVID-19 Update regarding Personal Care

Attention Personal Care Residents, families and staff – We have identified 2 new positive resident cases of COVID 19 today with our outbreak testing.  The Personal Care Center will remain closed to indoor visitation until further notice. Window visitation, virtual and outdoor visitation will be available.  The residents and staff will be tested once a week for the next 2 weeks.  If no further positive testing is identified we will update Department of Health and follow guidance to open up to visitation.  The COVID booster clinic will still be held on Wednesday 10/27/21. October 22, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, We announced earlier this week that 1 Personal Care resident had tested positive for COVID-19. We have since tested all staff and Personal Care residents. All other residents have tested negative. We have identified one positive staff person. We have taken all proper precautions and will continue protocols and testing to contain the spread of the virus. We must keep Personal Care as a yellow zone, closed to visitors and staff using additional PPE, as we continue testing.
