We are a non- profit, continuing care community, with independent living apartments and townhomes as well as personal and skilled nursing care. We also offer a special program for those suffering from Alzheimer's and related dementias. This range of services may not be of concern to you now, but may become very important in the future. The cost for our apartments and townhomes is divided into a single initial accommodation fee plus recurring monthly services fees. Some parts of health care services may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance.   If you're interested in Laurel View Village, we urge you to call or e-mail us and make an appointment to come and see for yourself everything that is offered. Bring a family member, your accountant or financial advisor, sit down and allow us to explain what is and is not included in each option. From housekeeping and laundry to utilities, meals, and medications, there are many details, and the offerings do vary.
