controls, and an emergency call system.
Personal Care at Laurel View Village underscores our commitment to
providing a level of care appropriate to each resident’s needs. The
Personal Care Center is designed for persons who wish to remain
active, yet want the assurance that a helping hand will be there when
assistance is needed.
Personal Care is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Staff
members work closely with residents, family members and physicians to
design a program that will enable residents to continue active
lifestyles.
Reflections, a secure area within the Personal Care Center, offers
programming for residents who are in the early stages of Alzheimer’s
disease. Activities are designed to stimulate memory and engage the
resident in activities of daily living.
The Personal Care Center is staffed with certified personnel,
available day or night. For temporary or long-term illnesses needing
full time nursing care, the Health Care Center is located in the same
building.
Each Personal Care room has an individual entrance off an interior
hallway. Residents add that touch of home with their own furnishings
and décor.
